Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Regardless of the above, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
